They recently did the tint on a new car I purchased and the owner was very thorough with explaining how the tint worked and helped me decide between normal tint and ceramic by explaining how they work differently from one another. He also made sure to let me know that while it was rare, sometimes tint would need to be reapplied for various reasons and that they would gladly take care of me if that were to happen.
I did end up having to get my back re-tinted but they were super friendly and easy to work with on it. The 2nd time came out near perfect so I couldn't be happier. If you have any doubts about getting tint, my suggestion would be to stop in and talk to them.
All in all, I couldn't be happier with their service and knowledge provided.
